Dropson has equipped a new residential complex of the OCP Group with its electronic water softener. This Moroccan company with 95 years of experience is a world leader in phosphate exports. The installation of the Dropson water softener was carried out by our distributor in Morocco.

OCP Group: world leader in the phosphate industry

The OCP Group has been an exporter of phosphates since 1920. It has over 15 subsidiaries and approximately 30% of the world’s phosphate reserves. Its turnover is more than 5.500 millions of euros (2012 figures) and it has around 24,000 employees.

The phosphate industry is a key component of global food security, as it is a vital element in improving agricultural productivity of land, for example through the use of fertilizers.

Consolidation of the Dropson water softener

The new residential complex of the OCP Group is located in Morocco and consists of 500 homes. Dropson has installed a total of 500 EMI 2500 water softener systems in this project.

The long business history in the African country has led the Moroccan company to place its trust in our descaler for a new project. This action is another sign of Dropson’s consolidation in the world market.
